Yes. Every plan includes a dedicated team, so you work with the same CFO, Controller, and/or bookkeeper month after month. They learn your business inside and out so every conversation starts where the last one left off.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

Our plans are month-to-month. If you need to cancel, just give us 30 days' written notice and we'll ensure a clean handoff of your books, reports, and financial data.

Are there yearly plans available?

Yes. If you prefer to pay annually, we offer a discount when you commit to a 12-month term. Reach out and we'll put together pricing based on the plan you choose.

Where can I purchase an add-on?

Add-ons like specialized tax planning, custom reporting packages, system implementations, or industry-specific services can be added to any plan. Your Account Manager can walk you through the options and pricing.

How do I upgrade my plan after signing up?

Upgrading is easy — just let your Account Manager know which plan you'd like to move to. We'll prorate the difference and expand your team so the transition is seamless.

What is a Custom plan?

If none of our standard tiers quite fit, we'll build a Custom plan around the specific CFO, Controller, bookkeeping, and analyst support your business needs. Custom plans are a great fit for more complex operations or multiple entities.

Do you offer refunds or programs?

Every plan is backed by the CounselFi Guarantee: if we haven't saved or helped you grow by at least $10,000 per year, or the annualized cost of your subscription, we'll provide 3 months of the CFO Premium plan on us.
